The South East Business Boost programme is offering a series of fully funded workshops to help you improve your business performance.


Delivered by enthusiastic experts previous workshops have helped fledgling and established businesses overcome stumbling blocks common to many businesses. This training is free of charge to eligible SMEs* - so get booked on now!


All workshops are run over two consecutive days, focus on practical exercises and aim to leave you with implementable plans to take your business to the next level. You don't need to attend both days, just let us know when you register.

General information

These workshops are being run by First Ascent Ltd and Enterprise Support Alliance Ltd on behalf of the South East Business Boost programme and are free of charge to eligible businesses and individuals.


The small print

* In order to be eligible for the SEBB Programme, a business must: be a small to medium sized business (with under 250 staff and turn over under €50m).


If you are unable to attend both days, or would like to attend one day only, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.


Each individual / business is entitled 24 hours of funded support via the SEBB programme, including these workshops. 1 complete workshop is equal to 12 hours of support. Each individual workshop day is equal to 6 hours of support.


The South East Business Boost Programme has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2014-20. It is a partnership between Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Essex County Council, Kent County Council, East Sussex County Council and Thurrock Council.
