Online Forms

Throughout this website there are many forms that can be completed online. 

To reduce the need to search the site a database of all online forms is available using the link below, but please read the rest of this page for details of how to complete the forms.

Online forms

You can complete these forms in two different ways, either online with your keyboard or by printing out a blank form and using a pen.  If you are unable to finish a form that you have started you can save the form and complete it at a later date.  You can open your unfinished form from any computer to complete it.  Please note that if you navigate away from your form while you are completing it you will lose any information that you have entered.  If you need internet access to help you complete your form please open another internet session.

The list of forms is grouped by department.  You need to click on the plus button beside the department name to see a list of forms for that department.  The list contains the name of the form, a brief description and buttons that allow you to either open the form for completion online or open a blank form for printing.

Some forms will require a signature.  If this is the case, then the form will need to be printed, signed and posted.  Forms requiring a signature will only have the options for printing or cancelling.  After you have printed the form simply sign and date the form and post it to the relevant address.  Some forms also require a payment.  If this is the case then the option to complete credit or debit card details will be available on the printed form.  Alternatively, you can send a cheque or postal order in the post with the completed form.  At present, you will be unable to submit online forms that require a signature or a payment.

Forms that do not require a signature or payment, such as Uttlesford District Council's Comment Form can be completed and submitted online.  On submission of an online form you will be asked for your e-mail address so that we can send you an acknowledgement that your form has been received.  This acknowledgement will contain a reference number relating to your submitted form.
