Essex Pride This Weekend
Uttlesford District Council is pleased to be supporting Essex Pride 2010 this weekend.
The free annual event, at Central Park in Chelmsford, takes place on Sunday (5 September) and features a host of attractions including a main stage with live music, sideshows and fair rides, food stalls and much more.
It is open to everyone, whether they are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or not.
The council has made a donation of £300 towards the running of the day to demonstrate its support of the district’s lesbian, gay and transgender community.
