Births Deaths and Marriages

The Uttlesford Register Office is located in the heart of historic Saffron Walden.

Your guests enter through a glass atrium and reach the Register Office by a striking staircase. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can hold your marriage ceremony in the Council Chamber - a large circular room with light oak panelled walls and a dark blue carpet and matching chairs. This stunning room has an attractive domed ceiling and large windows that overlook mature gardens. The Council Chamber is ideal for larger weddings, with seating for up to 100 people.
