Grants
Uttlesford District Council distributes grants to local community projects, enabling clubs, local councils or organisations to build facilities, pay for training, carry out renovations, or complete countless other projects.
The council administers two different types of grant: Leisure and Cultural Grants and Community Project Grants.
Leisure and Cultural Grants are considered on a monthly basis and can be no larger than £500. Applicants must have match-funded the grant.
Community Project Grants are considered on an annual basis. The closing date for applications for this year was Friday May 22. If you wish to apply you will now have to wait until the scheme is relaunched next year. Community Project Grants are sized between £100 and £3500.
