The majority of Planning Applications are decided by the Executive Manager of Development Services under delegated powers*. Approximately 15% of applications are referred to and decided by the Development Control Committee.

This Committee meets every third Wednesday at 2pm in the Saffron Walden Offices

Agendas, reports and schedules from 2002/2003 onwards are available to view online. These are added to the site seven days prior to a meeting.
