More runways The Council is clear and unanimous in its opposition to more runways at Stansted.
Greater use of existing infrastructure The Council has been in close discussion with all relevant parties on this for several years. All issues are being very carefully considered, and the Council’s priority is to ensure that the character of the area is preserved. A decision is due in September.
