Please note that the facility to pay online is unavailable from 17:25 and 17:40 every day.
Internet Banking: If this facility is available through your bank please follow the instructions already provided by your bank and quote both your Council Tax, Housing Rent or Business Rate reference number and the Council's bank details which are Account number 20999555 Sort Code 20-74-05.
Automated Telephone Payments (ATP): Call 01799 510551 to use our automated telephone system. This is an automatic system allowing you to give your payments details over the phone quickly and efficiently, without having to wait to speak to a member of staff.
In Person: The Uconnect customer service centre is ready to receive your payment by the following means:

By ATM: Cash payments can be deposited in one of our machines located at:
- London Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 4ER; or
- High Street, Great Dunmow, CM6 1AN.
Please note that we are available during office hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.
Post Office: You may be able to apply for a plastic payment card for paying your Council Tax, Housing Rent and Business Rates. Please contact the Uconnect customer service centre to receive information and to check if you are eligible on 01799 510510.
Payments may also be made by Transcash quoting your Council Tax reference and our Giro Account number 3065219. A charge is payable to the Post Office for the Transcash Service.
