Keeping Warm in Uttlesford
As the temperatures drop and days get shorter it is important to take care. The handy pdf icon Keeping Warm in Uttlesford [729kb] leaflet offers good advice on how to stay warm, top tips for driving in winter weather, what to do if you suspect that someone has hypothermia and how to save money on your energy bills. It even includes a free room thermometer to check how hot or cold your living space is.

There is also a page of useful contacts with details of organisations from Age UK Essex to the Silver Line Confidential Helpline which provides friendship and advice for older people.
