Changes in circumstances - Business Rates

You will need to tell us if any of the details on your Business Rates bill need changing.

You will need to tell us of any changes in your circumstances so that we can makes sure that your bill is accurate. Changes that you need to tell us about can include:

  • Change of your address address - where you have moved to and when you moved
  • Change of business address - where you have moved to and when you moved. If your ownership of the business has ended or your lease has ended you will need to tell us the landlord or new owner's name and address. Please do not give them your old bill. We will issue a new bill for the business.
  • Tell us if you have ceased ceased trading and give the last date of business
