The yoga4health programme aims to help you to improve your health and wellbeing. The programme is open to all, regardless of age or ability, and the sessions can cater for everyone including chair-bound participants. No experience of yoga is required. Equipment can be provided.
When: Every Monday 2.30pm - 3.30pm from 1 July

The sessions are run by Hearing Help Essex, a a charity that provides assistance to those living with hearing loss across the County of Essex.
We are able to support those living with hearing loss, and their families and carers, through a range of services which include:
- NHS hearing aid support sessions
- Information, advice & guidance to anyone who feels their hearing is failing, and to those who have a diagnosed hearing loss
- Support to those who have become isolated by their hearing loss
- Home visits to the housebound, or to care and residential homes
