Multi-agency information trailer returns!

After a break of more than two years, enforced due to the coronavirus pandemic, Uttlesford District Council will be sending its multi-agency information trailer back on the road in 2022.

The initiative brings information on council housing services as well as advice from a range of public agencies - including Essex Police, Essex Fire & Rescue Service, Active Essex, the Council for Voluntary Services and Volunteer Uttlesford - to different areas of the district.

Representatives will be on hand to talk about fire safety, security and support in the home, whilst a handyperson service is also available for council tenants for the small odd job they may have.

The first stop for the re-launched service is Beech Close, Takeley, on Tuesday 17 May, from 11am. Local residents are welcome to pop along for a cuppa, some cake and a chat!

Other stops for the multi-agency information trailer in 2022:

·       Thursday 23 June, from 11am - Reynolds Court, Gaces Acre, Newport

·       Tuesday 26 July, from 11am - Holloway Crescent, Leaden Roding

·       Thursday 18 August, from 11am - Barnfield, Hatfield Broad Oak

·       Tuesday 13 September, from 11am - Watts Close, Barnston
