Apply for an Active Uttlesford Grant

Before you start
1. You should use this form to apply for a grant of up to £1,500 from the Active Uttlesford Fund.
  
  You'll need make sure that your project targets at least one of our priority groups or needs:
  • tackling inactivity
  • women and girls
  • outdoors health
  • rural communities
  • active aging
  • disabled and long term health conditions
  • Covid 19 deconditioning
  
  To complete this form you will need to:
  • tell us which priority you apply for
  • provide any details about your project
  • send us information about the costs and income that you expect to get
  
  We'll also ask for your:
  • name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address
  • safeguarding policy (if you have one)

1. How we handle your information
  Active Uttlesford Network will only use the information in your application to monitor progress of the project over the funding and necessary reporting period.
  
  The information will be kept for 3 years following the end of the funding scheme, after which it will be destroyed/deleted (as appropriate). The data will only be shared with Active Uttlesford Network members.
  
  If any information in your application changes please inform Active Uttlesford Network as soon as possible to ensure all data is accurate and up to date. Your personal information will be kept securely in accordance with GDPR.
