Tenant satisfaction measures survey

All about our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey and what to do if you have any concerns about being contacted to give your views.

Every year we carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey. This tells us how residents whose homes or buildings we manage rate our performance and how well we are doing.

TSMs 2024/25 survey

A professional market research company called Acuity is carrying out the TSMs 2024/25 survey for us.

If you are a council tenant or leaseholder Acuity may contact you asking for your views.

The survey is running throughout March.

About the survey

The survey is a general satisfaction survey asking tenants and leaseholders what they think about their home and the housing services provided by Uttlesford District Council.

The questions are based on the TSMs introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing. Read about the Tenant Satisfaction Measures on GOV.UK.

You can see the sort of questions Acuity will be asking in the TSMs survey we carried out in 2023.

Who will be contacted

Acuity will contact a sample of 500 Uttlesford District Council tenants by telephone.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

What number to look out for

If you received a call from Acuity the number displayed will be 01799 813302 or 441799813302 which is a local Uttlesford code.

What you will be asked

You will be asked for your views on the TSMs.

The interviewers will also ask for some personal details such as your gender and age. We collect this information so that we can put together a profile of our tenants.

Acuity's interviewers will not ask for any other personal details such as bank details.

If you do not want to give any personal details you can answer the survey anonymously.

If you are concerned

If you have any concerns about the survey or anyone contacting you on behalf of Uttlesford District Council, you can contact our Customer Service Centre.
