Free workshops for SMEs

South East Business Boost are hosting a series of free workshops aimed at helping businesses to tackle the impact of Covid-19.


South East Business Boost logoSouth East Business Boost's (SEBB) training workshops and mentoring support programme for both new and well established businesses will begin at the start of February.


Businesses have undoubtedly been impacted by Covid-19 so the key priority is to target those most in need of help to pivot their business for the future. 


The programme is accessible to businesses located in the local authority areas of Essex, Southend, and Thurrock, and is designed to enable them to benefit from a 12 hour package of FREE support consisting of; information, diagnosis, brokerage, training workshops and individual mentoring delivered by proven experts in their topics.


They'll begin with an initial assessment which will help business leaders evaluate the impact Covid-19 has had on their business. SEBB will then work with them to generate a plan for the future.

  • Planning for the future success of your Business (26 February)
  • Getting your business online (2 March)
  • Adapting Your Business (5 March)
  • Making the most of social media (9 March)
  • How to Sell (10 March)
  • Getting your business finances in order (11 March)
  • Adapting your products/processes to meet the needs of your customers (5 March)

It all starts with an initial business assessment - then before you know it you can have the tools to make a change in your business.

Please note that if your business has received any support via the SEEB Programme since 2017 (including a grant, advice or workshops) then unfortunately you will not be eligible to receive further support from this programme.
