Grants for businesses
Find out about our new grants to support business investment, innovation and expansion across Uttlesford.
As part of Uttlesford District Council's Economic Recovery Plan, we are helping to deliver sustainable economic growth by supporting businesses within our district and by protecting and growing our town centres as economic hubs and increasing tourist spend.
All the grants are open for applications from 1 February.
Business Start-up Grant
The Business Start-up Grant is available for start-up and early-stage businesses, i.e., those who have been trading for less than 2 years, in the Uttlesford district
Business Innovation Grant
The Business Innovation Support Scheme has 2 funds to help local independent businesses to stimulate growth and prosperity and to enhance high street premises
Rural England Prosperity Fund
The REPF is an addendum to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with an aim to support small businesses and community infrastructure in rural areas.
