Find out more about visiting Great Dunmow

The Great Dunmow Town Team have backed a new website to help promote the ancient Flitch market town which we hope will grow to form a directory and conduit for residents in Great Dunmow. Great Dunmow is not immune from these pressures and to find out more about the state of the town and its businesses the District Council has commissioned a mystery shopper survey and customer consultation exercise. The survey work allows both town centre users and non users to provide their ratings and views on various aspects of the town centre. By asking both groups we hope to build up a detailed picture of the town.

Results of the recent Great Dunmow town centre survey

The results of the recent Great Dunmow town centre user survey and mystery shopper visits were released at a meeting in the town on Tuesday 18 June. Below you can find a presentation given at that event together with supporting documents profiling the local area and providing research on some of the issues highlighted by responses to the survey.
