Local Plan consultations
Addendum of Focussed Changes to the Regulation 19 Local Plan
People can make representations on the changes - which have been published in a document known as an 'Addendum of Focussed Changes' - between 9am on Tuesday 16 October and 5pm on Tuesday 27 November 2018. Following this period the plan will be submitted, along with the representations, to the government for independent examination.

Regulation 19 Pre-submission Local Plan publication 2018
The Pre-Submission Local Plan is published in order for representations to be made prior to submission. The representations will be considered alongside the published Plan when submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination.
Representations on the above plan were invited from Monday 25 June until 5.00pm Monday 13 August 2018. You can view the comments made by using the online portal.
Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) consultation 2017
The consultation to seek your views on the draft SCI ran from 2 October to 4.30pm on 10 November 2017. A revised SCI was approved in January 2018.
Regulation 18 (Draft) Local Plan consultation 2017
The consultation ran from Wednesday 12 July until 5:00pm on Monday 4 September. The consultation covered:
- The Core Strategic Policies (the overarching plan for how the district will develop)
- Locations and numbers of new houses and employment sites
- Development Management Policies (how planning applications should be decided
Issues and Options consultation 2015
The Issues and Options consultation ran from 9am on Thursday 22 October and closed at 4.30pm on Friday 4 December 2015.
The consultation document and the Non-Technical Summary of the Sustainability Appraisal referred to in the document are available as PDF files to download below, together with a joint statement by the three group leaders of the Council.
