Uttlesford (Private Sector) Landlord Forum 2023
Our free annual landlord forum, in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will take place on Thursday 4 May 2023.

Cost: The event free
Who can attend: The event is open to all landlords within the private sector including those who may have no more than one or two properties in their portfolio.
Booking: You'll need to register on the NRLA website to attend this event.
About the event
Craig Cardross Grant from Uttlesford District Council will welcome attendees, introduce the forum experts and be available for any questions/queries.
There will be 2 presentations.
What causes damp and mould and how landlords can deal with it?: Wendy Turley, Business Development Manager at Environment, will be discussing condensation and mould and the effects it can have on your property and how as responsible property owners the steps that can be taken to avoid poor living conditions created by damp and mould spores
Legislation update: Joanne Dron, Senior Regional Representative at the NRLA, will talk through what is changing within the world of the landlord and what landlords should be keeping an eye out for in the next 12 months
There will be time for questions and answers after each presentation.
Our Environmental Health Officers will also be on hand to offer support.
