About the event
The aim of the forum is to engage landlords and to offer a one-stop shop of information and support.
There will be 3 presentations.
What is changing within the world of the landlord
Joanne Dron, Senior Regional Representative at NRLA will be taking us through a whistle-stop tour of what is changing within the world of the landlord and what you should be keeping your eye out for in the coming 12 months.
Tax
Antony Holdsworth, owner of E. H. Taylors the accountants, will take you on a whistle-stop tour of tax savings hacks for the property investor. By avoiding "tax babble" and adding a touch of humour, Antony's tax presentations are enjoyable, understandable, and very informative.
Working with the council
Craig Cardross Grant, Graduate Environmental Health Officer with Uttlesford District Council will speak on matters pertinent to Landlords, to improve their knowledge and skills and on interactions with the council
There will be time for questions and answers after each presentation.
