'New-build' property bins
How to get bins for your new build property.
If you are moving into a new build house, the developer will normally order and pay for your bins.
These will include a:
- grey-lidded waste bin (180 litres size)
- green-lidded recycling bin (240 litres size)
- brown food waste caddy (23 litres size)
If you are unsure if your bins are already paid for please speak with your developer to check before you order them from us.
Cost
We charge £90.00 for each new set of bins (1x grey-lidded waste bin, 1x green-lidded recycling bin and 1x brown kerbside caddy for food waste).
The charge has been introduced to cover the administration, cost of the containers and delivery.

How to pay
After you have completed the form you will need to contact our Customer Service Team to pay for your new bins.
After you've ordered
We aim to deliver your new bins within 10 working days of payment. At busy times it can take longer.
Once you have ordered your bins we will advise you what to do with your waste in the interim.
