Urgent repairs

Urgent repairs are repairs that may affect your comfort and could cause damage to your property if we do not investigate the issue urgently.

We aim to come out to your property to assess any urgent repairs within 5 working days.

Routine repairs

Routine repairs are those that are not urgent, although they may cause an inconvenience.

We aim to come out to your property to assess any routine repairs within 20 working days.

 

How to report an urgent or routine repair

You can report a repair online or by telephone.

After you have reported the repair

We will usually contact you within 5 working days to make an appointment for one of our contractors to visit your home.

When we speak to you we may have to ask you for more information to help us to decide if it is an urgent repair or a routine repair. Sometimes we may have to visit to make this decision. 

You in turn must arrange access to your home when the repairs person arrives.
 

When we visit

Axis Europe is our repairs contractor. All Axis employees and contractors carry ID and will not mind if you ask to see it. If you are still suspicious call us on 01799 510510.

 You should always ask for identification before you let someone into your home.

If they cannot show any ID, do not let them into your home.
