Fly-tipping is illegally dumping waste which could include anything such as household items, black bin bags, boxes and demolition waste. We can remove fly-tips from highways, pavements, laybys or verges.
Broxted - Flammable liquid fly-tipping appeal for information

Our Environmental Enforcement Team is investigating this staggering fly-tipping offence.
On the morning of Monday 4 July 2022, just after 08:30, we were informed of over 1,800 litres of flammable and contaminated liquid in bowsers (liquid storage tank), which had started leaking onto the bridleway resulting in the fire service attending the site near Brown's End Road, Broxted.
We are seeking information on this unlawful and dangerous act, and ask that anyone with information contacts the council.
