Pay by telephone
To pay by phone: please call 01799 510551 to use our automated telephone system. This service is available 24 hours a day.
During office hours you can call us on 01799 510510 to speak to one of our customer service centre staff who will be able to take a payment from you.
We can accept internet banking payments. We would request that you include your reference number in any payment. The Council's bank details are Account number 20999555 Sort Code 20-74-21.
Please note: If you wish to make payments to your Rent Account (for council dwellings and garages only) you should use the following bank details: Account number 80940143 Sort code 20-74-21.
Pay in person
You can pay at our customer service centres at London Road, Saffron Walden and The Library, White Hart Way, Great Dunmow. We are able to take credit and debit card payments for all services.
Please note, we do not have the facility to accept cash payments at our Saffron Walden offices. Cash payments can only be deposited in our ATM machine located at Great Dunmow Library, White Hart Way, Great Dunmow, CM6 1FS.
