Notice of (Revocation) Direction made under Article 4(1)
TAKE NOTICE that Uttlesford District Council has made a Direction under Article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (The GDPO).
The Direction is intended to revoke the provisions of a Direction dated the 26 September 2011 and confirmed on 12 January 2012. That earlier Direction removed the ability to use some permitted development rights for land at Friars Lane (off Chelmsford Road) Hatfield Heath ("The Land"). The effect of this Direction is that planning permission will no longer be required for the rights previously restricted.

Representations may be made concerning the Article 4 Direction. Any representations concerning the Direction should be made in writing from 16 December 2024 to midnight on 15 January 2025, including name and full postal address (and email address at your option), to uconnect@uttlesford.gov.uk or to the address above.
The Article 4 Direction will come into effect immediately on the date that it is served on the owner/occupier of the Land and will expire unless it has been confirmed by the council within six months of that date.
