Notice of Direction made under Article 4(1)
Take Notice that Uttlesford District Council has made a Direction under Article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (The GDPO).
The direction is intended to revoke the provisions of an earlier order dated 26 September 2011 and confirmed on 12 January 2012. The Direction removed the ability to use some permitted development rights for land at Friars Lane (off Chelmsford Road) Hatfield Heath.

Any representations concerning the Direction should be made in writing by 18 July 2024 including name and full address, to uconnect@uttlesford.gov.uk or to the address above. Any representations will be taken into account and be made available for public inspection prior to the Direction being confirmed.
