Invite the chair to your event

Before you start
1. You should use this form to invite the Chair of Uttlesford District Council to attend an event that you are organising.
  
  In the event that the chair is not available on the date of your event, we'll ask if you would be happy for the vice-chair to attend in their place.
  
  To complete this form you will need to give us some details about your event.
  
  We'll also ask for your:
  • name
  • organisation
  • phone number
  • email address
