Street Services Privacy Notice
This privacy notice is provided for clarification on what information the council needs in order to carry out the functions of the street services section.
It is necessary for the council to gather, collect, store and process personal information relating to the collection of waste and recyclables, the provision of assisted waste collections, the provision of the welfare garden maintenance service, clinical waste collections, garden waste collections and commercial waste collections. The council puts measures in place to protect the privacy of individuals throughout this process.
As a public authority, we take your rights and freedoms seriously and will only release information when required under law or with your consent. We will collect your:

- address and postcode
- telephone number
- email address
- medical information (for the provision of clinical waste and assisted collections)
Sharing your information
We may share this information with:
- other departments of the council
- clinical waste contractors
- bin deliveries contractors
Keeping your information
