Election of District Councillors for the Elsenham and Henham ward on 16 February 2017

Petrina Lees and Garry LeCount have been elected as District Councillor for the Elsenham and Henham ward.

Results of the election

Petrina Lees (834 votes) and Garry LeCount (716), both of Residents for Uttlesford, are duly elected into the Elsenham & Henham seats.

About the election

Councillors are elected to the local council to represent their local community. There are two vacancies in the Elsenham and Henham ward following the recent resignations of Rory Gleeson and Elizabeth Parr.

Who can vote

You can vote if you are on the electoral register, are a British citizen, a qualifying Commonwealth citizen, or a citizen of the European Union and live in the district. The deadline for all registration applications, in time for this election was midnight on 31 January.
