You can register quickly using the online registration service.

It is anticipated that electors who have existing postal voting arrangements will be sent postal packs on or around Monday 30 April; for those electors who apply for a postal vote after 11 April 2018, please be aware postal packs may not be sent out until the week commencing 7 May 2018.  Please bear in mind these dates if you plan to be away.  You may therefore wish to consider appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf, or to apply for a postal vote to be sent to you at a different address.  For information, please contact Electoral Services.
