North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP)

The service is a partnership between Essex County Council and 6 district/borough councils, including Uttlesford.
 

About NEPP

NEPP is responsible for our:

• car parks
• on-street parking enforcement
• parking permits

NEPP's team team does this by:

• enforcing the parking restrictions for on-street parking and some car parks, through issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
• patrolling on-street parking areas by Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs)
• issuing residents', visitors', carers' and traders' parking permits

Payments to NEPP

Payments for Parking Charges Notices are processed on behalf of the Parking Partnership by Colchester Council.
