BRIDLEWAY 52 STANSTED MOUNTFITCHET

Public Path Diversion Order Bridleway 52 Stansted Moutfitchet on essex.gov.uk

On 14 October 2021 Essex County Council confirmed the above order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed as shown on the order map is to divert a part length of Bridleway 52 Stansted Mountfitchet of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the order map commencing from the point where it meets Bury Lodge Lane running a northerly then west north westerly direction through walls and across the garden of Burton Bower for a distance of 82 metres to a point 10 metres north of a gate where it continues unaffected, to an alternative route 3 metres in width shown by a bold broken line on the order map commencing at a point where it meets Bury Lodge Lane 26 metres west of the aforementioned start point running in a northerly direction along a track for a distance of 57 metres to a point with a gap adjacent to an existing gate where it narrows to a width of 1.525 metres before continuing at a width of 3 metres along the track to for a distance of 10 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected.

Copies of the order and the order plan can be requested to be posted or viewed by emailing publicpathorders@essexhighways.org, quoting the order title. The documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council E block reception, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford. Copies of the documents are also available on Essex Highways website. Copies of the order and order plan have also been sent to Felsted Parish Council and Uttlesford District Council.

The alternative route comes into force on 11 November 2021, and the old route shall be stopped up with effect from 18 November 2021,but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 4 November 2021 make an application to the High Court.

FOOTPATH 99 FELSTED

Public Path Diversion Order Footpath 99 Felsted on essex.gov.uk

On 13th October 2021 Essex County Council confirmed the above order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980

The effect of the order is to divert a part length of Footpath 99 Felsted shown by a bold continuous black line on the order plan PROW-21-11, commencing from point A on the edge of the playing field owned by Felsted Parish Council and running in a generally south easterly, then south south westerly direction through the boundary fence and hedge and through the garden of the property known as Mace Dell to a new to a new route along the edge of the playing field to a gap in the south east corner of the field at point D on the order plan.

The documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council E block reception, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford. Copies of the documents are also available on Essex Highways website. Copies of the order and order plan have also been sent to Felsted Parish Council and Uttlesford District Council.

Public Path Extinguishment Order 2021

FOOTPATH 99 FELSTED

Public Path Diversion Order Footpath 99 Felsted on essex.gov.uk

On 13th October 2021 Essex County Council confirmed the above order under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order is to extinguish part of the width of the length of Footpath 99 Felsted from Point A on the order plan PROW-21-12 REV1, where FP99 leaves the parish playing field just south of the property known as Mace Dell running in a generally south south easterly then southerly direction between two hedges for a total distance of approximately 70 metres to Point G on the order plan. The remaining footpath width will be 2.5metres measured from the face of the adjacent hedge.
