Uttlesford Community Response
We have set up a new community helpline to direct you to services that can help during the coronavirus pandemic.
Uttlesford Community Response has been set up for the following two things:
1. To help direct residents who need support, such as picking up shopping or prescription collections, towards services which can help or to someone who can be a telephone or Facebook friend.
2. To provide advice on where to register your offer of help to support your community.
If you need support or want to let us know how you can help, please:
Call: 03333 408 218(8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday)
The helpline will not be able to answer general enquiries relating to council services - for this please email firstname.lastname@example.org or search for service pages on this website.
You can stay informed on all council service updates via our dedicated webpage, at www.uttlesford.gov.uk/coronavirus. Alternatively, you can follow us on Facebook or Twitter (search UttlesfordDC) or sign up for our regular e-newsletters at www.uttlesford.gov.uk/keepmeposted.
