Congratulations to Uttlesford Business Award winners!
The wait is over! Almost 200 people attended a celebration and networking event at Saffron Hall as the winners and finalists of the 2024 Uttlesford Business Awards were announced.
Winners were revealed across 13 categories at the presentation event held yesterday (29 February). The food on the evening was provided by the team at Café Cornell whilst proceeds from the raffle will be going to the British Heart Foundation.
The awards, run by Uttlesford District Council to recognise innovation and excellence within the district, were kindly sponsored by MAG London Stansted Airport, Colbea, Backing Essex Business, The Federation of Small Businesses, the North Essex Economic Boad and Ambitious Essex.
Alongside their trophy, the winners were presented with a prize bag and a bottle of wine donated by Saffron Grange, and they will also receive a one-to-one business consultation with an industry expert.
Cllr Neil Hargreaves, Portfolio Holder for Finance and the Economy, said: "These awards are about recognising and celebrating the entrepreneurs and businesses that make Uttlesford such a vibrant place to work and live. The calibre of entries that we received this year was very impressive and we congratulate the winners, finalists and all those who took the time to enter."
