Local Heritage List nominations form

You should use this form to nominate a building or structure for the Uttlesford Local Heritage List.

You will need to explain how a building or structure meets the heritage criteria, including:

• architectural and aesthetic interest
• historic importance
• group value
• archival interest
• archaeological interest
• community and social value

We'll also ask for your:

• name
• address
• phone number
• email address

You will need to submit a separate form for each building or structure that you want to nominate.
