You can pay for your building control and planning applications online, by phone, by post or in person.

You can pay your planning or building control application online by using our online payments form. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

You will need to provide the reference number of your planning or building control application.
Please note that the facility to pay online is unavailable from between 17:25 and 17:40 every day.
Planning Portal applications
Please note, if you have submitted your application via the Planning Portal, you will need to pay the portal directly. If you pay us, the portal will not release the application to us and this may cause delays.
