We run a weekly surgery to help you with your claim.
Every Tuesday between 9:00 and 12:00 there is an experienced advisor at Great Dunmow Library to help you with any questions about your rent or Council Tax.
You do not need an appointment to use this service. Just turn up and you will be able to speak to a specialist in private.
