Cost of living support

Financial advice and emotional support on how you can ease the cost of living squeeze.

What we'll pay you

We want to pay everyone who works for us fairly for the job that they do.

On average we pay our female employees slightly more than our male employees. We are also an accredited Living Wage Employer.

Every year we publish an updated Pay policy. This sets out how much we will be paying the people who work for us.

Pay policy

The Localism Act 2011 requires us to publish a pay policy and to review it annually. The policy sets out the pay and remuneration schemes in place for all employees for the year.
