TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting of the Full Council of Uttlesford District Council meeting at 7.00pm on 6 December 2022 at the Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 4ER it is intended to resolve to confirm a resolution dated 31 January 1989 and made under S45 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 adopting Part II of the said Act within the District of Uttlesford.
