However, we are working towards providing plots by:
- granting planning permission for schemes that come forward through planning applications, subject to sites being in appropriate locations and suitable development;
- considering the development of self-build and custom housebuilding polices in the emerging Local Plan;
- engaging with neighbourhood plan groups and encouraging them to consider allocation of self-build and custom housebuilding plots in their plans; and
- working with developers to consider inclusion of self-build and custom housebuilding plots in their proposed developments.
