Free forum offers helpful advice for landlords

An online information and support session will be held for private sector landlords.

Uttlesford District Council's annual Landlord Forum, in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will take place on Tuesday 14 May, from 6pm to 7pm.

There will be a number of presentations - the NRLA will talk through what is changing within the world of the landlord and what landlords should be keeping an eye out for in the next 12 months, Antony J Holdsworth & Co will do a whistle-stop tour of tax savings hacks for the property investor, and Uttlesford Environmental Health will talk on matters pertinent to landlords.

Environmental Health Officers will be on hand to offer support, and there will be time for questions and answers after each presentation.

The event is free to attend and is open to all landlords within the private sector including those who may have no more than one or two properties in their portfolio.

Registration is essential - visit https://www.nrla.org.uk/events/meetings/6046?ref=la  to register for free.
