Appeal a LCTS decision

If you are not satisfied with the council's decision contact the Benefits Team and ask us at any time to look at the amount you are receiving. All requests must be made in writing. 

If you are still not satisfied you can appeal directly to a Valuation Tribunal within two months of receipt of our letter or if we do not reply to your request. 

Please note that you cannot appeal if your only reason for doing so is that you do not agree with the local scheme the council has decided on.
