Pre-submission plan consultation
Little Dunmow Neighbourhood Plan Group and Little Dunmow Parish Council is running a consultation on the Pre-submission (Regulation 14) Draft Neighbourhood Plan for Little Dunmow.The consultation runs from 14 October to 25 November 2024.

The Little Dunmow Neighbourhood Plan is being compiled by local residents and the Parish Council. It establishes a vision for the evolution and long-term sustainability of Little Dunmow Parish and village. The plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
The Parish of Little Dunmow is a rural community in open countryside but close to the new development of Oakwood Park. In the parish there are 45 listed buildings or groups of listed buildings, including the Grade I church of St Mary the Virgin.
