Little Easton Neighbourhood Plan

The parish of Little Easton has been designated as a Neighbourhood Plan Development Area.

The Little Easton Neighbourhood Plan is being compiled by local residents and the Parish Council. It establishes a vision for the evolution and long-term sustainability of Little Easton Parish and village. The plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.

The Parish of Little Easton is a small rural community on the open uplands some three miles northwest of the market town of Great Dunmow. It is a uniquely situated village with two historic cores, namely the primary centre grouped around The Stag pub and secondly a smaller settlement focused around the Grade I Little Easton Church and Easton Manor.
