Uttlesford car parking review 2022
A review of car parking in Uttlesford was carried out in 2022.
Uttlesford District Council and the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) jointly commissioned a review into the parking provision provided across the district for both on street and off street parking during 2022. The review was carried out by Parking Matters an external consultancy company with expert knowledge and experience in all areas of parking.

- Appendix A - Technical Report (PDF) [2MB] (establishing a 'Base Case' by outlining the initial technical work undertaken during the first phase of the project and the consultation task carried out in May 2022)
- Appendix B - Findings Report (PDF) [1MB] (combines the work undertaken in Stages 2 and 3 of the Review. It considers specific options available to the council to help tackle problems identified in the Stage 1 Report. This included an extensive consultation exercise carried out in May 2022.)
