Uttlesford car parking review 2022

Uttlesford District Council and the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) jointly commissioned a review into the parking provision provided across the district for both on street and off street parking during 2022.

The review was carried out by Parking Matters an external consultancy company with expert knowledge and experience in all areas of parking.

• Uttlesford Parking Review Appendix A - Technical Report (PDF, 2 MB) (establishing a 'base case' by outlining the initial technical work undertaken during the first phase of the project and the consultation task carried out in May 2022)
• Uttlesford Parking Review Appendix B - Findings Report (PDF, 1 MB) (combines the work undertaken in Stages 2 and 3 of the review. It considers specific options available to the council to help tackle problems identified in the Stage 1 Report. This included an extensive consultation exercise carried out in May 2022)

An in depth report looking at airport parking options supplements the parking review. This will be used to form the basis of a public consultation into nuisance airport parking in 2025.
