Radwinter Neighbourhood Plan
The Radwinter Neighbourhood Plan is being compiled by local residents and the Parish Council. It establishes a vision for the evolution and long-term sustainability of Radwinter Parish and village. The plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
The Parish of Radwinter is located in the north of the Uttlesford District and is home to over 600 people. It is a uniquely situated village with a wide range of historic and modern buildings including the Grade II* listed church of St Mary the Virgin and the Old Vicarage.

The Parish of Radwinter was designated as the Radwinter Neighbourhood Plan Development Area under an Executive Decision by the Leader on 7 November 2018.
