Essex County Council Elections - Thursday 1 May 2025

Local elections will take place across Essex in May 2025 to elect new councillors to the County Council. More information is available on the Essex County Council website.

Since the last elections in May 2021 a boundary review has taken place and the elections will be on the revised boundaries.

Uttlesford District will be represented by 5 county councillors from May 2025 (up one from 2021).  Full details of the Review can be seen on the Boundary Commission's website.
