Replacement bins

If any of your bins have been lost or damaged you can request a replacement:

• grey waste bin (180 litres size)
• green recycling bin (240 litres size)
• brown food waste caddy (23 litres size)

⚠ If you already have 3 standard bins and are applying for an additional bin or bins you will need to make a request for an extra bin.
 

Cost

We do not charge for replacing a lost or damaged bin.

If you are signed up for our garden waste service and your bin has been lost or damaged you can request a replacement garden waste bin.
 

What happens next

We aim to deliver your new bins within 10 working days. At busy times it can take longer.
