Pay for garden waste collection service - existing customers
Here is how you can pay for your garden waste service.
The Garden waste collection service is for residents of Uttlesford only and costs £46 for 2021-22.
If you receive Local Council Tax Support (LCTS) you will be eligible for a 25 percent reduction on the service charge. This will mean that you only pay £34.50. You will need to provide your claim number, if you are unsure of this please call 01799 510510.
Ways to pay
We have a number of other ways that you can use to pay for your garden waste collections. Please include your Garden waste reference number with all payments.
Pay by annual Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a quick and easy way to pay for our garden waste service.
If you an existing customer and already pay by Direct Debit, the service will automatically be renewed and payment will have been taken on 1 July 2021 from the bank account you have previously provided details for.
You can pay using our secure online payments service.
Please select the Garden Waste Service tab on the left of the online payments screen.
- Reference - as shown on your letter
- Amount - amount payable
- Description - Surname, first line of your address, post code and benefit claim number if applicable
You will need to call us on 01799 510510 if you want to pay over the phone using your debit card or credit card.
Please ensure that you put your garden waste reference on the back of your cheque. You will then need to send it to us at:
