A neighbourhood planning referendum took place on Thursday 8 December in the parishes of Great and Little Chesterford.

About the Great and Little Chesterford Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

The ballot paper decided on the question:

"Do you want Uttlesford District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Great and Little Chesterford to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

Polling took place at Chesterfords Community Centre at Great Chesterford and at the village hall in Little Chesterford between 7am to 10pm on Thursday 8 December.


Results

Overall result voted in favour of the Great and Little Chesterford Neighbourhood Plan.

22.24% turnout from 1,497 registered electorate.
