The council has a need for family homes to assist households on the council’s housing register. We want to make best use of our current housing by asking anyone living in a council property which is larger than they need as to what might make them consider moving to a smaller more suitable home.
A payment of up to £2,500 or assistance with a move up to this value is available to help you to move to a home with fewer bedrooms.
We are asking you to complete this short survey as we believe you may be under-occupying your council property, and we would like to hear what may help you make the decision to move to a smaller property of your choosing.
