    Make a building regulations application

From Monday 29 April, the Planning Portal will be charging £21 to submit an application through their site. This fee is an introductory rate and is expected to rise to £42 after 6 months. This money is a flat fee and goes direct to the Planning Portal.

In addition, for full plans applications the plan check fee and the inspection fee will have to be paid with the application.

We are still completely happy to receive applications through the Planning Portal or directly to us using our Word or PDF forms.

For any other way of making an application there will be no new additional charge and inspection fees will continue to be invoiced on commencement.
